Limited Early Access

The operational infrastructure for community-based healthcare.

Phibian connects the people, workflows, and systems behind care delivered in the community, giving providers clearer visibility into field operations, workforce activity, and compliance.

Currently inviting a select group of community-based healthcare organizations to participate in early access.

A view of the Phibian application showing operational exceptions ranked by severity, using synthetic data.

The problem

Healthcare moved into the community. The infrastructure didn't.

Care increasingly happens outside traditional facilities, in homes, community settings, and wherever people receive support. But the operational infrastructure behind those teams remains fragmented across clinical records, scheduling, workforce systems, timekeeping, messaging, mileage, payroll, spreadsheets, and manual processes.

The EHR is the record of care. It was not designed to coordinate the entire operation surrounding care.

Phibian is building the connective layer for the work surrounding the record.

What Phibian does

One connected operational layer.

One layer, expressed as three product areas so the shape of the platform is legible without exposing every underlying workflow.

Field Operations

See what is happening across distributed teams, locations, and services as work unfolds.

Workforce & Compliance

Bring workforce activity, operational oversight, and compliance evidence into a more connected operating picture.

Operational Intelligence

Turn fragmented operational information into actionable visibility for the people responsible for running the organization.

How Phibian fits

Alongside the systems you already depend on.

Phibian is not designed to replace the EHR or every system an organization already uses. It connects the operational workflows that live between them.

Origin

Built from inside the problem.

Phibian began inside a community-based healthcare organization operating across multiple locations and a distributed workforce. As the organization grew, its technology stack fragmented across an EHR, scheduling, timekeeping, mileage, messaging, payroll, spreadsheets, compliance workflows, and manual processes.

We began building the infrastructure we needed ourselves: dashboards for operational visibility, APIs that connected systems, and automations for work that should not have required constant manual intervention. Over time, those internal solutions became the foundation for Phibian.

Design Partner Program

Help shape the operational infrastructure community-based healthcare has been missing.

We are working with a small number of community-based healthcare organizations as we move Phibian from operator-built infrastructure into broader real-world deployment.

Design partners may receive:

  • Early access to Phibian.
  • Direct collaboration with the Phibian team.
  • An opportunity to shape high-priority workflows.
  • Hands-on support during evaluation and deployment.
  • Preferential consideration for early-customer terms where appropriate.

We are intentionally onboarding a limited number of organizations so we can work closely with each team.
