The structure of Phibian’s website terms, and where the approved language stands.
This page is not yet the production terms of use.Phibian’s website terms and product agreement are being finalized and must be replaced with founder- and counsel-approved language before public production launch. No contractual terms have been drafted on this page, because inventing them would create obligations nobody at Phibian has reviewed or agreed to.
What is accurate today
- This website is informational. Using it does not create a customer relationship, and nothing on it is an offer, a warranty or a commitment to deliver a specific capability by a specific date.
- Capability status shown on this site — available, in development, or on the roadmap — describes the state of the product at build time and is provided for transparency, not as a contractual undertaking.
- The Phibian name, wordmark, logo and site content are the property of Phibian.
- Access to the authenticated Phibian application is governed by the agreement between Phibian and the customer organization, not by this page.
