How Phibian handles information collected through this website, and where our production privacy policy stands.
What this website collects
These statements describe this website as it is built and can be verified from its source and from your browser’s network activity:
- This site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, images or stylesheets. Every asset is served from this domain.
- This site runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording, fingerprinting or behavioural tracking, and sets no cookies for those purposes.
- The only information you can submit is what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, organization, and optionally your role, team size and a message.
- Standard web server request logs may record information such as IP address, user agent and requested path, as is typical of any web server.
How demo requests are used
Information submitted through the demo request form is used to respond to your request. It is not sold. Production handling — where submissions are stored, who can access them, and how long they are retained — is a deployment decision that must be documented and approved before launch, and this section must be updated to describe it accurately.
Sections requiring approved legal language
The following sections are required in the production policy and are deliberately not drafted here, because inventing them would create obligations nobody at Phibian has reviewed:
- Categories of personal information collected and the legal basis for processing
- Data retention periods and deletion practices
- Sub-processors and international transfers
- Individual rights and how to exercise them, including applicable state and regional privacy rights
- Cookie policy, if any cookies are introduced
- Security incident notification commitments
- Children’s privacy
- Changes to this policy and how they are communicated
- Customer data processed inside the Phibian product on behalf of a customer organization, which is governed by the customer agreement and any applicable data processing terms — a distinct matter from this website notice
